The problem
The problem
Many people end their day carrying emotional noise: unfinished thoughts, self-criticism, stress, and mental overload. La’uf was designed to help users pause, reflect, and emotionally process their day through a guided and lightweight experience.

Understanding Different Emotional Needs
Understanding Different Emotional Needs
I conducted user interviews and developed 5 distinct personas representing a wide range of ages, lifestyles, and emotional needs:
Guy (45, divorced father, army officer) - emotional burnout & leadership
Ruthie (30, newly married, hi-tech) - career vs. family pressure
Avigail (12, religious teen) - identity, confidence, ADHD
Moshe (26, Haredi) - torn between tradition and independence
Yael (17, gifted student) - body image, social anxiety
