Challenge

Challenge

Users loved finding outfit inspiration online, but struggled to translate it into actual purchases. Through 50 user interviews and prototype testing, we discovered a clear need for ready-to-shop outfit suggestions with contextual product details - not endless item lists.

In the next phase we explored the experiences of our three personas:
Alex, Emily, and Sarah, as they navigate their fashion needs through the fashion app. Each individual presents unique preferences, challenges, and expectations, offering insights into the diverse user base of the app. Through their stories, we uncover design ideas, ask questions and write comments that shape the app's features and functionalities, catering to a wide range of user profiles and scenarios.
